Buko Pie Recipe Snack from Laguna

2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Filling

500g young coconut meat
2 tbsp powdered milk
3/4 cups white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
