The only way I can describe Elsa is an actress-athlete-amazonian hybrid. Her work capacity is INCREDIBLE and I'm so grateful to the GENIUS Cristian Prieto for shooting this since so often you see Elsa on magazine covers, films and photoshoots but rarely do you get to see the hours of work that happen behind the scenes (long before the camera starts rolling). A very, very unique sporting female phenom who can actually (positively) tolerate this intensity and volume of training from YEARS of sport, this workout was a fusion Soviet General Physical Preparedness, callisthenics, plyometrics and strongman to prepare her for an up and coming project.
