Lasagna is the answer. I don’t remember the question | The Best Homemade Lasagna Recipe Ever!
It was one of those perfectly calm rainy days — the kind where the world feels softer, quieter, and more beautiful.
I went out with my umbrella, walked through the fresh, clean air, picked up a few groceries while the raindrops gently hit the ground like music.
Everything looked magical… the flowers were glistening, the streets were peaceful, and my heart just wanted something warm and cozy.
So I came back home, made a cup of coffee, and decided — today is the perfect day for a homemade lasagna.
In this video, I’m taking you along with me as I cook my favorite rainy-day meal: a cheesy, comforting, delicious lasagna.
Whether you’re cooking for yourself or someone you love, this recipe will warm your heart and fill your kitchen with joy.
Ingredients:
• 9 lasagna sheets
• 300g ground beef or lamb
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 cloves garlic (minced)
• 4 tsp tomato sauce
• 1 tsp cinnemon
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 ½ cups grated mozzarella
Instructions:
1. Boil the lasagna sheets in hot water for a few minutes.
2. Cook the onion, garlic, and ground meat in a pan. Add tomato sauce and spices.
3. In a baking dish, layer the sauce, pasta and cheese. Repeat.
4. Cover and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the cover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
