Travel worries once more for UK tourists as Scotland changes rules for Greece over COVID spike

Travellers in Lisbon and Athens are facing a scramble to return home as each country remains under a quarantine review in Westminster.

The Scottish government announced new measure for a 14-day period of self-isolation for their residents later in the week after a spike from some Greek Islands.
