Christian Eriksen is 'awake and stabilised'

Footballer Christian Eriksen is 'awake' after collapsing on the pitch playing for Denmark in the Euros.

CPR was performed on the Danish midfielder before he was taken to hospital.

UEFA have announced they will resume the match between Denmark and Finland.
