¼ cup vegetable oil (55ml)
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 cup milk, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla (10ml)
2 and ½ cup all purpose flour. (310g)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 and a half cup of of semi sweet chocolate chips
Brown sugar to sprinkle on top
