Afterward, she started her own chain of taquerias in Copenhagen – Hija de Sanchez. Before she went on to open her very own Mexican restaurant – Sanchez Cantina. Here, she finally gets to show her full potential, merging Mexican flavors and techniques with local, Danish produce and her own creativity.
