Norwegian Gastronomy: A Sense of Place

Terroir founder, Arlene Stein headed to Norway to explore the country’s sense of place through its food history uniting some of the country's best chefs, restaurants, food experts including Maaemo, Lysverket with many other knowledgeable and brilliant Norwegian food innovators.

This is a film that really gets to the heart of the Terroir Hospitality organisation's core aims of sharing food cultures, championing all those who recognise the importance of terroir and who manage to bring the concept to life. It's also a film which establishes Norwary's sense of place in the global food system and tells its own personal food story.
