Terminal illness can happen to anyone, at any age and not only to the seniors. Johari’s parents were in disbelief that their son was diagnosed with cancer at such a young age. Grappling to cope with caretaking and responsibilities, they got the help of a palliative care nurse to befriend their son. At the beginning, Johari acted hostile towards his nurse. But his perspective eventually changed.
