Pascal's Principle, Hydraulic Lift System, Pascal's Law of Pressure, Fluid Mechanics Problems
This physics video tutorial provides a basic introduction into pascal's principle and the hydraulic lift system. It explains how to use pascal's law of pressure to solve physics problems associated with the hydraulic lift machine. It discusses how to calculate the upward output force exerted by the simple machine given an input. Pascal's principle states that the pressure exerted on a fluid is distributed undiminished to every part of the fluid.
