Malin put her career on the shelf to build the organisation Operation Smile Sweden from scratch, taking it from zero to over thirty five thousand donors, with a EUR 3 million annual turnover. The organisation gives surgery to children with facial deformities around the world. She tells us how “reason leads to conclusion, emotion leads to action”.
