Fear is a powerful, yet primitive, emotion that is also the root of much violence, war and suffering. Understanding the neuroscience of fear and how we overcome it has the power to change the world.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
