📫 Mixed Dried Fruits for Christmas Stollen
This is guide video of how to prepare mixed dried fruits for stollen.
Since it's a bread that we eat while waiting for Christmas, we use alcohol marinated fruits to increase the shelf life (to enjoy stollen for a long time).
You can prepare it 1~3 days ago, before making stollen.
Of course, if you are busy, you can prepare dried fruits on the same day you might make stollen (I'll guide it next video), but if you marinate them in alcohol in advance, you can make a deep flavor stollen.

🎵 Ingredients
▷ dried fruits (total) 180g
* I used
60g of raisins (sultana)
30g of dried cranberries
30g of orange peel (or lemon peel)
30g of dried golden rasins
30g of dried apricots
▷ dark rum or other liquor 50g (ml)
* Can use also gold rum, orange liquor, cherry liquor, whisky, brandy, wine
* When you want to store it long time, you need more quantity of liquor.

👉 You can use orange juice or apple juice instead.
(Note: Because it doesn't contain alcohol, cannot be stored for long time. Keep for only 2-3 days.)

* Can keep it in a dry and cool place.
* Can use these mixed fruits for other cake, bread, ice cream recipes.

🎄 Ingredients for Stollen
Required ingredients) milk, eggs, instant dry yeast, sugar, salt, butter, strong flour(bread flour), almond powder, cinnamon powder, sugar powder, cling wrap
Optional ingredients) roasted walnuts (or nuts like almonds), cake flour, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder
