How To Chamfer Knife Handles

#3 This video is the 3rd and last part to making multipiece removable handle scales with chamfered edges. In this video I show how I do the chamfered edges. I use a 2x72 with a 12 inch wheel and hollow grind them. You can also just flat grind them on the flat platen. I go through the hand sanding to clean up the scratches on the chamfers and the flats on the handle. I use a high grit finish on the chamfered edges and a lower grit on the flats and it gives it a 2 tone effect, I also like to use the same grit and make everything match.
