Easiest chicken skewer recipe! 30 minute Dinner.
Recipe:
handful white onion
scallion
scotch bonnet peppers
1 Habanero
2 limes juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 brown sugar or white sugar

spoon full of:
roasted minced garlic
dried thyme
salt
cinnamon
ground ginger
nutmeg
black pepper
white pepper
ADD SOME HONEY FOR EXTRA SWEETNESS (recommend)

Cut Chicken into cubes
add chicken in jerk marinade
Let it sit overnight or at least 30 minutes to an hour.
I let mine cook for 10 minutes and added the juice on top
PUT BACK into the oven for another 10-15 minutes
It depends on the size of chicken for cook time!
