Melatonin Inhibition and Circadian Rhythms
In This Video we will be discussing about Melatonin inhibition and Circadian rhythms. The Circadian Rhythms are regulated by presence and absence of light, The Retina receives light and propagates it via three different cells viz Rod , Cone and Photosensitive cells to the brain , which then sends signal to different organs for a specific action. The Pineal Gland secretes Melatonin which is also called Sleeping Hormone.
