Hi! Today I will be showing you how to make Custard Cake. This is a 146 PESOS recipe, perfect pang start ng negosyo and pang handa ngaung nalalapit na Christmas. I’ll share with you the recipe, comparison ng wet steam and oven, packaging ideas and also the costing para sa magbabalak gawin negosyo..
Ingredients:
Caramelized Sugar
3/4 cup white sugar - 7.80
1/2 cup water - 0.20
Flan
3 Whole eggs (large) - 20
180G condensed Milk - 15
180ML evaporated milk - 10.49
½ tsp vanilla extract - 0.50
Chiffon Batter
3 egg yolks (large) - 20
¾ cup cake flour - 4.09
1 tsp baking powder - 1
¼ tsp salt - 0.10
¼ cup white sugar - 2.50
⅛ cup vegetable oil - 2
½ cup evaporated milk - 6.80
½ tsp vanilla extract - 0.50
Meringue
3 egg whites (large) (costing included sa yolk)
¼ cup white sugar - 2.50
⅛ tsp cream of tartar/white vinegar - 0.25
