Um, before we get started, I would like to run a poll to see how you use or what your role in your lab is.

Uh, first, are you the PI of the lab? Are you the X-ray facility manager? Or are you an undergrad or graduate student?

So it looks like most of you are graduate students, certainly the majority. A few PIs, and, uh, about a third are X-ray facility managers.
