Beam Weapons (and other things)

A couple things that have been laying around in the game files for ages, but for some reason we can't have them.

Most of these have textures, but I am still new to this and am struggling to find out how to properly import textures onto a model, if anyone knows how to do it for Star Citizen please comment below. :)
