Adva Gutman, whose 27-year-old younger sister has been missing since the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, spoke to France 24's Claire Paccalin outside Paris city hall where families of French-Israelis kidnapped or missing since the attack held a press conference Tuesday appealing for more help from the French government in rescuing their loved ones.
