Thailand is the nation with the most foreign workers affected by the crisis in Israel, as 32 Thais have been confirmed dead, 19 injured, and 23 hostages are being held by Hamas. The Thai government is pleading for their release and has implemented a policy of paying for repatriation flights for migrant workers. FRANCE 24’s reporters were at Suvnarbhumi Airport in Bangkok this morning to welcome a plane carrying Thais home from Israel.
