It's another bodyweight workout and you guys are going to LOVE the variety! We will be doing 2 minutes of work per exercise by working for 15 seconds and resting for 15 seconds and all you need is some space to move! Make sure you have your water bottle as well! Your breathing will be crucially important in this workout with the 15 seconds of intense work for 60 minutes so start connecting with your breath as soon as we start! The only number that matters here is 100% and I want you to work hard to CRUSH IT WITH ME!
