Prime Rib Prepared On My Gas Grill

For my family Christmas party this year, I prepared a 16 pound Prime Rib on my Gas Grill, using traditional roasting methods in a pan filled with vegetables and a mixture of beef broth and water to help create a delicious au jus.

Rub Ingredients

3 TBSP Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
1 TBSP Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
2 TBSP Ground Sage
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
