Kriya To Build Stamina and Spark the Glandular System with Sat Dharam Kaur and Sat Kaur

The Kriya To Build Stamina and Spark the Glandular System was first taught by Yogi Bhajan in New Mexico July 14 and 16, 1985. He asked women who were present at a summer training camp to practice this sequence of exercises one hour daily.
In this video, filmed at the Beyond Addiction training course in Vancouver in March 2012, Sat Dharam Kaur ND is guiding and Sat Kaur is demonstrating the exercises. The kriya builds stamina and helps to balance the glandular system. It is an excellent workout when practiced for 30-60 minutes a day.
