It’s Day 88 of my 365 day Exercise or Movement Challenge. Please do join me until the end of this year. My goal, and yours too if you join me, is to hold myself accountable and responsible for my body, my health (both physically, mentally and emotionally) and to be in control and in charge of my life. Exercise / Movement keeps our blood flowing to all parts of our body and gives us a natural high. I am down with the flu 😷 Runny nose, sore throat, cough and fever. I am taking today and the next few days to fully recover. I am posting this run from October 2025, before I started this challenge. For the next few days, I will post about runs, hikes, walks from the past. I want to remind myself that this is just temporary and once I am well, I will run again. Lesson for today, listen to your body ❤️
