Today, the running shoes stayed in the closet! After pushing through the rain for an 8K yesterday, I am honoring my body with a complete rest and recovery day. 🛍️💃
Laced down, dressed up, and taking a mindful walk through the mall to just reset mentally and physically. Rebuilding my fitness isn't just about the sweat—it's about giving my muscles the time they need to grow stronger. 📈❤️
