A piece of the dark history behind the production of The Wizard of Oz (1939). How they used an incredibly toxic mineral for "snow" during poppy field scene. Where Dorothy Gale (Judy Garland), Toto (Terry) and The Cowardly Lion (Bert Lahr) are put to sleep by The Wicked Witch of the West (Margaret Hamilton) and saved by Glinda (Billie Burke) as The Tin Man (Jack Haley) and The Scarecrow (Ray Bolger) freak the freak out.
