Dum walay Koftay:
Ingredients:
Beef minced 1 kg
Brown onion 1 cup
All spice 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Nutmeg mace 1 tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Green chilies 10-15
Green coriander 1 bunch
Raw papaya 2 tbsp
Roasted gram flour 3 tbsp
Green coriander for garnish
Green chilies for garnish
Ginger (julienned) for garnish
Ingredients for Gravy:
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Brown onion 3
Yogurt 1 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tbsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Add beef minced, brown onion, green chilies, all spice, salt, nutmeg mace and poppy seeds in chopper blend well. Add green coriander, green chilies and raw papaya mix well and form meat balls.
For Gravy:
Heat oil adds fenugreek cook till brown color comes. Add turmeric, red chili, ginger garlic, salt, roasted gram flour and all spice in yogurt mix well. Add yogurt mixture cook well. Add meat balls. Garnish with green coriander, green chilies and ginger, serve.
Masala Pulao:
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Rice 1 kg
Almond paste half cup
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Onion 3
Green cardamoms 11
Cinnamon 5
Star anise 6
Cumin 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 3-4 tbsp
Green chilies 10-12
Ginger julienned as required
Lemon 1
Nutmeg, mace ½ teaspoon
Food color as required
Screw pine essence ½ tsp
Milk as required
Method:
Heat oil add onion cook till brown color comes. Separate little quantity of onion. Add chicken cook well. Add ginger garlic paste add all spice and yogurt cook well. Add water cook till chicken is done. Add almond paste, green chili and blended onion. Add lemon juice. Add soaked rice. When pulao is done add nutmeg, mace, screw pine essence and dissolved food color in it. Give simmer. Garnish with ginger and serve.
Moong Daal Kheer:
Ingredients:
Milk 2 liter
Green gram 1 cup
Rice half cup
Sugar 1 cup
Whole dried milk 250 gm
Almonds 15-20
Green cardamoms 6-7
Method:
Boil milk add blended cardamoms cook till boil comes. Add green gram and ground rice stir continuously. After 20 minute add sugar. Add whole dried milk cook on low flame. Remove in deep dish and garnish with almonds, serve.
Cheese Balls Salad:
Ingredients:
Cabbage small 1
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Olives 4-5
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Lemon 1
Olive oil 2tbsp
Cheese ball 1 packet

Stir fry the vegetables in olive oil. Add salt, black pepper and lemon. Fry cheese ball in oil. Place the cheese balls on salad
