Non swimmer to open water Triathlete in just 3 weeks

Is it possible to go from complete non swimmer to open water triathlete in just 3 weeks?

In 2021 and 2022, in conjunction with BADU Sports and British Triathlon I helped great groups through to their first triathlon experience. Per year there were 3 and 10 swimmers who couldn't swim at all.
