From his love of Chinese culture, to joining #Huawei, to becoming Global Retail Training Director, Robert Yandell shares his story:

"I'm often asked why do I have such a deep connection to Huawei and how do I keep my passion for my work? I’d like to say, Huawei is a company that continues to progress forward regardless of challenges, and focuses on solutions, improvement and growth through self-reflection. This resonates with my personal character. For my passion, I think being in an environment that cultivates curiosity and exploration is exciting! I get to work for a company that is trying to reach a pinnacle, and I'm a part of that."
