In this video I compare Dostoevsky's Notes From Underground with George Orwell's dystopian novel: 1984. How both compare the irrationality of human nature, the impossibility of utopia through rational positivist egoism and how hyper rationalism can influence totalitarian irrationalism from the eyes of Dostoevsky.
