Erik Satie ~1897~ Je Te Veux (voice & piano)

"Je te veux" ("I want you") was composed for her friend Paulette Darty, the "Queen of slow waltzes". She sang it many times until 1909 at least. This melody is designed as a standard waltz song of the "Belle Époque" style (ABA-CDC-ABA form).
