Zesty Lemon Drizzle Loaf
Ingredients:
* 175g butter
* 175g self-raising flour
* 175g caster sugar
* 3 eggs
* zest of 2 lemons
* 1 tsp baking powder

Drizzle:
* juice of 2 lemons
* 75g caster sugar
* 50g icing sugar

Method:
* Oven 160°C, line tin
* Bake 45–50 mins
* Warm lemon juice + sugar
* Poke cake, pour over drizzle
