Cardio & Strength HIIT Workout! Low Impact Combinations for Beginners & Seniors
Here is a 1 hour all standing cardio and strength workout to get the new year started off right! This full body workout is an interval format where we will alternate between cardio and weight lifting blocks. There are three blocks total that are 15 minutes each. If you are short on time you can just do one or two blocks. Don't be intimidated by the length of this workout. There are lots of breaks to allow your heart rate and muscles to recover.
For reference, I'm using a set of 5 pound dumbbells. Start with lighter weights (or have a few sets on hand) if you are just starting out.
All exercises are set to timers, so please go at your own pace and rest during the break periods.
