Pilates for Beginners & Seniors // Feel Good Flow Workout

You will feel great after this quick feel good pilates flow class! We will tone, strengthen and stretch all the muscles leaving you with more energy and feeling like you accomplished something! This is the perfect workout if you are short on time and need to release any tension and lower back pain.
You will walk taller and improve your posture with these exercises that are appropriate for all fitness levels including seniors and beginners.

All exercises are performed on the floor. Please make sure you are on a soft surface. You may want a pillow to support your head, knees or hips in certain positions.
