Set 1
(2 x :45)
DB Deadlift
DB Clean
DB Squat
Pushup
5 Minute AMRAP build on. Start with 1 rep of each and add on 1 more rep.
Set 2
10 minute AMRAP
DB Glute Bridge
DB Skull Crusher
DB V Up
Superman
Set 3
(2 x :45)
DB Bicep Curls
DB Alternating Reverse Lunge
DB Arnold Press
DB Renegade Row
