Personal Training Session with Me!
I've been training Katie for two years, and her strength never ceases to amaze me. We constantly push her abilities to be better in and outside of the gym.
Here's a quick clip of us doing an upper body focused workout. I see her two times a week so we focus on upper (or full body) strength one day, and lower body the other day. She also does some cross training on her own outside of the times that I see her.
As you notice in this clip, we are working a push and a heavy pull. We also do a mobility warmup and cool down so that she is feeling fresh everyday.
