This is the perfect thing to do during your No Spend Month

A No Spend month is a great opportunity to explore the things you've been curious about. Since I'm trying to get more wear out of my clothes and build a lasting wardrobe, I wanted to learn more about the fashion industry and the constant pressure to keep buying more. I found the documentary Inside The SHEIN Machine (available for free on CBC Gem) which really opened my eyes about how much the fashion industry and overconsumption negatively impacts people, the planet and our wallets.
