HOW TO SURVIVE BLACK FRIDAY WHEN YOU'RE ON A LOW BUY

Black Friday is coming, and last year I couldn't say "no" to so many of the deals. I lost control of my spending habits about this time last year, and it was this time of year that made me realize I needed to make a change. It's a major reason why I started my Low Buy.

I made this video for two types of viewers in mind: those who are AVOIDING Black Friday + Cyber Monday altogether, and those who plan to shop it. I hope these tips help keep you mindful and intentional in your approach to Black Friday (and shopping anytime, really), and leave you feeling in control of your spending, and GOOD about what you decided to buy.
