WHY ARE THESE VINTAGE LENSES SO GREAT?

This week we went back to the pine wood with two of the best lenses I've used from the series so far The Ziess Ikon Super Ikonta's Zeiss Tessar, and the Schneider 180mm f/5.6 Apo-Symmar L Lens, to do an inside out photo-story with the wonderfull Leah Debrincat.

A quick note for all the people who would say that this is about scanning or some technical detail detail, that invalidates any points raised in the video (i'm sure you wont have read this far, before volunteering your opinion). a great example of a terrible lens, is the the go Pros we shot the video on,

but its loved by some many.

If you cant feel your way though image making, your images will have no soul.
