The Whisper exotic mission is part of the into the light update, and in the mission there are 7 Oracles you need to find and destroy. Finding and destroying all the Oracles within The Whisper Mission will unlock perks for the Whisper of the Worm, and also complete the "Oracular Seeker" triumph which will unlock the "Karve of the Worm" exotic ship also.
