There are two spots where you can find the Doomsday Preppers Guide, one location is Steamy Stacks and the other is Hydro 16. in the video, I get the Doomsday Preppers Guide in Hydro 16. You can find it in the office room next to the computer desk in here. Simply interact with the Doomsday Preppers Guide on the floor to pick it up and collect it and complete this stage of this weeks legendary quest.
