UPDATE:
After filming this my next two bottles from Glassful were vinegar. That's ridiculous! I contacted the company and still haven't heard back, so I'm cancelling my account and don't recommend joining. I've never had any problems with Winc. If you are thinking about joining a wine club, go for Winc:)
