Hi guys.. today i'm taking you to the kitchen where i share my banana cake recipe with you without using Butter. This is an easy banana cake recipe for a very moist banana cake. I am a kenyan youtuber and allingredients used are found locally. This banana cake recipe is very easy to do.
If you wanna bake a smaller moist banana cake,you can u can use the following measurements:
1cup of flour
1tea spoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
2 bananas
2eggs
a pinch of salt
