Trouble with Toyota | Worthless Warrantees?

Toyota's building process is among the best in the world, with hundreds of huge manufacturing companies, copying their processes. Boeing is one example. The standard of parts supply that is built into Toyotas is not only high, but among the highest in the motoring world. Its called, 'Lean Manufacturing'. My brake issue was caused by a defect in manufacturing, of this I am sure. But Toyota has become so over confident about its own quality, its falling behind the curve on customer service. This is an example of that.
