ARB SUSPENSION, AIR SYSTEM & MORE. AndrewSPW Land Cruiser build-10

I choose to fit ARB Old Man Emu BP-51 (51mm bypass) shock system to the Land Cruiser together with a set of springs to enable a more comfortable ride with high payloads. We selected 600kgs constant load springs at the back, and front springs to support the bar and winch. We may have to adjust them later if they prove too heavy for the load to be carried.

At ARB I also fitted an air system consisting of a tank, double-compressor and an air system with valve attachments front and back.

An ARB thick-tube winch bar, Warn Zeon 10-S winch with synthetic rope, steering/engine protection plate and ARB's recovery point were attached. I now have two purpose made recovery attachment points at the front, and wheel arch flares.

Insurance concerns:
Am I still covered? Yes. As long as the lift does not exceed 2 inches post load, and that I have not exceeded the GVM. GVM upgrades can be insured, but not all companies will continue cover.
