Mart's seized Ford Flathead V8 Pt12: Crank. Rods. Bearings. Are they any good?

After last weeks sanity check I start evaluating all the other parts that need to be at least serviceable for the flathead to run. Lets start with the crank and rods. Just how bad can they be?
Please understand I wouldn't normally try and use parts like this, it is just a bit of fun and should be viewed as entertainment rather than any sort of how-to.
