21 Day No Sugar Challenge: Part 1: Why Im Doing This

Here’s how I’m doing the 21 Day #NoSugarChallenge! If you’re joining in, here’s the plan. Save this. We start tomorrow!!!!💃

Some of my healthy groceries are tagged in this video.
THE PLAN:
* No refined sugar. Not even in chai/coffee.
* No desserts, biscuits, packaged sweets during the week.
* No fruit juices. Eat the fruit, don’t drink it. 🍑
* No Diet Coke / zero-cal drinks.
* Try to start your day with Amla juice or Jeera Ajwain water💙
* Carbs in the form or roti+ rice are absolutely alright. In moderation.
* No “healthy” protein bar to be eaten as a whole meal💀
* If you’re making smoothies for breakfast, add just 1 spoon of honey or less. Or replace the sugar with some dates.
* Dont deprive yourself on weekends and eat a nice, fat dessert.🍮

Your 21 days of meals should have:
* • Protein in at least 1 meal a day (eggs, paneer, tofu, chicken)
* • Nuts & seeds daily 🥜
* • Leafy veggies 🥬
* • Whole grains
* • 3-4L water 💦
* • Proper sleep

Like before, i’ll be sharing my meals on the broadcast channel OR stories. Some days my photos may not be the best looking but i assure you, we’re not doing this for aesthetics. 😌
