How FAR will UK House Prices FALL in 2024? ALL major house price indexes are PREDICTING that UK house prices WILL FALL in 2024, however, they have conflicting views on just how much will UK house drop in 2024.

UK house price forecasts are notorious for being inaccurate and misleading, however, they are still widely reported in the mainstream media and they can have an impact on the decisions of potential buyers and sellers.

UK House Prices have been falling for the past year and all indexes expect this to continue next year. However, not a single HPI is expecting a UK house price crash in 2024 - they are all predicting much smaller falls and see a UK housing market crash as unlikely.
