What I Eat in a Week (while losing weight) 🌿 -24 pounds so far! 1500 calories a day

Hi friends,
In today’s video, I show you how I’ve been eating to lose weight. I’ve lost 24 pounds so far and this is how I eat in a typical week while losing weight. * Disclaimer * Everyone’s daily calorie needs are completely different and unique to them, so in no way am I telling you that this is how you should eat or saying that weight loss is for you- don’t copy me! This is just what I am doing right now, and thought it would be fun to do a video all about food. I hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think!
Oat Cookie Ingredients:
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
0.25 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsps Water
25g dark chocolate
2 tbsps Sugar
4 tbsp Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Coconut oil
